Lube Stop

This is a warning to anyone going to the Euclid Lubestop. We had our oil changed for our only vehicle at the Euclid Lubestop on 12/10/09, eight days later, on 12/18/09, our vehicle stops shortly after getting off I90, we managed to pull the vehicle into the gas station there at the marginal. We called our roadside service provider and had the vehicle towed to our mechanic. During his inspection, he sees that we have NO OIL in our vehicle. Apparently the Lubestop technician did not secure the oil pan after changing the oil, because we have no leaks and the Lubestop receipt says so!!!



We call Lubestop, notified the Euclid Lubestop mgr John and District mgr Tony Camerata, Tony never called us back, John did...stating they didn't 'feel' responsible. So now we have no vehicle for my family. We are pursuing this further. But wanted to make others aware of the negligance at this location and then further the lack of responsibility they feel to repair the damage they cause to consumers.
