Purchased the groupon several months ago, did not have any issue booking an appointment like the other reviewers. But did have to book a appointment three weeks away.was told it will take 4 hours to do our truck, once we got it back the exterior plastic wasn't touched. All they did was wash the truck, wipe it with a town half way, and get the carpets wet. Carpet still has salt stains, and dash and doors all full of white dried cleaner that wasn't wiped off properly. Would never go back, do not recommend. What a waste of $$$

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Had a groupon for detail. They made me wait almost 3 months just to get an open slot to come it. Rip off place!

I came to A1 with a $59 groupon and was charged a $10 fee for taxes. The facility consists of an old garage with a garden hose and shop vac. It took four hours for what I don't know.Because all they did was a quick wipe down of the most visible surfaces. They did not even touch any of the cargo area, under the seats, glove box, storage under radio, area under shifter, cup holder area in front or back,windows were still dirty and streaky etc. Car had scratches from whatever they use to wipe it off,

They drove my car, I had 16 more miles on my car when I picked it up, then when I left it. REAL GHETTO PLACE! A bunch of young men who do not know what they are doing and trying to make a quick buck! ZERO STARS!!!!

I am the most satisfied customer, A-1 Auto's has truly helped me. I went there with a lot of my dog's fur in the car and when I picked up my car and it looked amazing, not one dog hair in the whole vehicle. I would recommend anyone here. They get the job done! Thank you A-1 Auto's and Detail!

I returned four hours later just to be kept there for another hour wait. I left with a quick wipe down of the most visible surfaces. They did not even touch any of the cargo area, under the seats, glove box, storage under radio, area under shifter, etc. Even ended up with an 8" scratch on my driver side door. Can't even say it was a bad detail, rather it was a flat out scam! The positive reviews here are obviously employees.

I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to get great auto detailing service. They accepted my groupon and was very time savy on detailing my car. The finish product was superb. 2 Thumbs up service would def going back! :)

These guys are excellent!...was selling my Mom's car and thought I'd get it looking good with a simple detail. These guys went way above and beyond!! When I came to pick up the car, I thought maybe I shouldn't sell it...it looked that good!! They detailed it to nearly new and it's a 10 year old car!
