I would like to say we had a great experience with Elmhurst Firestone. Our car would not pass emissions and we couldn't renew our license plate without the test. They found a bad oxygen sensor and replaced it. Along with thier service they were able to take the car to the emissions facility and get our car passed so we could get our new sticker. I WOULD BEG TO DIFFER ON YOUR ALIGNMENT POST. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ELMHURST FIRESTONE FOR 45 YEARS AND HAVE MY ALIGNMENT CHECKED EVERY YEAR WHEN I RETURN FROM MY WINTER VACATION . THEIR ALIGNMENT SPECIALIST HAS BEEN AT THE STORE FOR 51 YEARS AND I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO IS MORE KNOWLEDGABLE AT THIS ART THAN ROLAND. ONCE YOUR ALIGNMENT IS DONE IT IS DONE CORRECT AND NO NEED TO HAVE IT REDONE BY AN ALIGNMENT SHOP.

This place has absolutely no right to be called a business. They are absolute thieves who have absolutely no consideration for their customers. This is a long story but the short of it is that they stole a couple hundred dollars from us. The repair they performed is ineffective. They refuse to give us our refund after we've contacted the BBB, the State's Attorney's Office and plenty of others. The only thing we've yet to do is take them to court which is looking like the next step. Horrible shop. Spare yourself a mountain of trouble and do not go here for a repair.
