Been holding my package for a week now everyday they change the date horrible horrible horrible service

UPS tracking will tell you a delivery date and then change the delivery date the afternoon of the date that was told.This has been a major problem for us. our experience was horrible.

Called the 800 number for UPS and they said even though the info slip says that they will attempt delivery between 10:30 - 2:00, they have until the end of the day (7PM). Have been waiting all day and delivery has not showed up.



They would not even contact the driver for me. Then proceeded to call the Elm Grove location and the number would not connect me to anyone.
