The staff seriously needs some people skills! They were so rude and unhelpful. The "welcome staff" act like you are bothering them when you go to pay or ask a question. The management woman is even worse! Seriously this woman HATES her job!! Here are a few complaints: -the carpet is disgusting -the tub is worse, you will want to wear flipflops to take a shower -the few raggedy dishes are dirty -the sheets are gross, as are the towels -the cable tv has like maybe 20 channels and most look like they are uing bunny ears because the screen is fuzzy -the Wi-Fi (that you have to pay $4.95 for) is SUPER SLOW -the mattress' are hard as rock -the couch cushions have HAD it, you practically sink to the floor -the sliding door of the closet is off the track - guest laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry in MICRO sized machines -the hvac unit smells musty So glad I did not have a pet or child. I wouldn't want them to touch anything. I wish I had taken pictures so you could see that I am being totally honest. I hope this helps anyone to decide to STAY CLEAR of this horrid hotel!!
