Grease Monkey #805

I went for emission/safety inspection. I called ahead and asked if I would pass with my abs light on, they said yes so I went. The same guy I talked to failed me for the abs light. My brakes work fine, and the light had been on for almost a year. They also wanted 1200.00 dollars to replace all my ball joints. I did the job plus tie rods for about 250.00 THESE GUYS SUCK!

I'd give zero stars if I could. They claimed I needed a radiator flush on a radiator that had been replaced 2 months earlier. Flat out lied to me and then started yelling at me when I called them on it. They were yelling at another guy the last time I was in there... I should have learned from that. I will never go back and would recommend that the owner clean house and get honest employees working there. And what's with yelling at customers? Wow

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They just about ruined my yukon. they convinced me that i needed a new radiator cap, then they put the wrong one and i drove up the hill, My radiator blew in my driveway, they put another one on and it did it again. it took three times to get it right! the guy that was helping me felt so bad he offered me a free oil change. i just sent my wife into get it and they wouldnt honor it because the guy that gave it to me wasnt there any more. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Took my truck in for a simple oil change, easy enough... Was told my differential was full of water, transmission was leaking and my poweer steering pump need servicing ($250). Hmmm, I walked out with an oil change ($80). Don't think I'll refer these guys to anyone that isn't auto savvy. Bob.
