Sound and Secure was recommended by a friend; I needed a car starter and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would no doubt recommend Sound & Secure without a doubt

Me: How much to install this?

Sound & Secure Auto: $120

Me: Ok, lets do it.

Sound & Secure Auto: Oh wait now it s $170

Me: Ok, I understand it will take longer. $170 is ok

Sound & Secure Auto: Wait, wait, um actually it will be $250

Me: Ok, that seems a really high, but I m kinda stuck here, so ok

Sound & Secure Auto: Well, actually now I ll need $300

Me: Um, no.



True story.



I would avoid this place if I were you. The real price is the same or worse then other places, the waiting room sucks (small, next to a smelly bathroom, and really dirty & uncomfortable chairs), and then to top it off with the old bait and switch? Next.

I HAVE A REMOTE START AND I LOVE IT. IT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS WHEN I SHOPPED AROUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO SHOP HERE.
