        Recently (11/13/12), I needed ...

        Recently (11/13/12), I needed to have some normally painful dental work done but wanted to use a dentist located in our city and not part of some huge franchise organization. Searching, I found Dr. Krawiec on Grand River and called the office. Incredibly, I was greeted a wonderfully pleasant receptionist. It was her positive and up-beat spirit which made an incredible first impression so I went in. Man was I impressed. The reception area was neat and the front office staff were happy and friendly.



        When it came time to meet the dentist, the senior Dr. Krawiec came in and spent a good 10-15 minutes explaining what he was about to do. I was blown away...he seemed to care! Then came time to have the work done and a very pleasant professional dental assistant came and set things up. Then a younger Dr. Krawic, the son (he looked like he was 12 years old figuratively) and pleasant dental assistant were incredible in doing the surgery. I felt no pain and both young Dr. K and the assistant were genuinely concerned during every aspect of the procedure whether I was comfortable.



        Without hesitation, I would urge any person, city or suburb needing dental procedures to seek out Drs. Krawiec as both they and their entire staff were simply great. Oh by the way, did I mention the staff was entirely African-American and that my root canal was painless....well they were and it was and I loved it!! Go Krawiec dental you folks rock!...Tom Barrow
