There's a really super old black lady there that helps the stereotype about evil black women. If she doesn't like her job quit if she doesn't love her husband divorce him. If she's not into customer service she needs to work at a morgue.

My daughter had the WORST experience at this facility with examiner Riley Palmer. The INHUMANE manner inwhich he as well as the owner treats people should not be tolerated or supported by our community.

He was super negative and the nastiest individual we had ever encountered!!! He greeted my daughter in a derogatory manner without even saying hello or good morning!! My daughter left this place literally in tears. When I contacted the owner Ms Kelly I completely understood how such a person could be employed at this company. She was equally unsympathetic lacking any empathy or compassion for me or my daughter. She never once apologized and just said DRYLY (as if I were wasting her time) "thanks for the phone call" at the end of my complaint. I truly try to suppose African American business however with experience like this one it leaves you to wonder. I am taking my business elsewhere and I am attempting to share my experience with everyone (I'm calling Lansing)

I would NOT recommend ANY sending their pet much less their children to the facility.

I was nervous about taking a road test but the staff made me feel comfortable, I have been driving for a long time and i was confident that i would pass. if you don't go by the book you will fail. they are serious about their business. I learned some things that i need to improve with my driving habits. thank you Excel and Mrs Saffold for a great experience.

I just took my road test here. Let me just say that anyone who can drive will pass. Very nice people. After reading the reviews I almost did not come here. Glad I did not listen. I've been driving 6 months and passed.

Very professional and nice! The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and explained everything clearly and with a smile and so did everyone that I have met there. Please reviewers note that this is a driving test office and not a driving school. It is important to know the difference between both. After more than 15 years of driving around the world, it still feels like a driving test on my first day where Mr. James made that feeling disappear within minutes and made the test go smooth. Thank you very much for everything...Cheers!

this place was horrible now I will meet the lady was OK when I was doing a parallel parking and I did that fine but when I got on the road she was telling me I was doing everything wrong she didn't give me a chance I was only on the road for 5 minutes! do not take your text here go some where else if you want your license

For every trying to get a license I ask you to plz not visit or take your driving test at this place. I've taking the test they have horrible service. I thought the reviews where fake but they are real 100%. These people are of the devil. I beg parents not to send there kids there. Save time and money and don't waste your time at excel. They will make your kid cry. They have just horrible customer sevice so god bless and one who goes up there. I hope I help people save there money and time. Just don't go. don't send your kid especially they are rude with no manners and they just want your money they could care less about your test or your kid God bless you all

I must agree with the previous posts. The service was AWFUL!! When my son & I approached the counter, the young lady at the desk could not separate herself from the Wendy Williams Show until the commercial break. Although my son had an appointment, she indicated that if she was not the one who made the appointment, he could not be seen. When he asked HER for an appointment she told him there were none available for almost 2 weeks. Her attitude was dismissive and short. There was only one other "customer" there at the time. Apparently the Wendy Williams Show was much more important than servicing a (potential) customer and making money. We ended up going somewhere else where we were treated as humans instead of annoyances. Unless rudeness and sheer ignorance is something you really prefer, I would suggest you NEVER go here! There other places. By the way, I gave it a 1 Star rating because the system does not have negative stars and you must select something.

This place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
