        Overall
        This Company Is Terrible Do Not Use

        Not only did they screw up the pickup and not take all my items as contracted. They also screwed up the drop off and demanded payment before unloading and left valuable items on my front lawn in the freezing rain. The driver Jose is lazy so, if you are going to use them demand they do not use this driver. I had to do all the work coordinating the move and three weeks later they still have not made good on promises. I have broken items, missing items, other peoples items, and still they have not sent labor to complete the unload they promised over a week ago and do not even bother to contact me. They are in violation of there contract they signed. My next step is to sue them in small claims court for violation of the contract. Buyer beware they claim they do not outsource but they do and I have proof. Call me at 308-730-2227 if you have any questions. Ron Schmidt
