This is the place to go for info and tech support. Owner is knowledgeable and willing to help answer questions. I wanted to purchase a power supply for my computer, he warned me, that with a lightning surge the problem might not be the power supply. He offered to look at the computer, and he was right. The modem was bad and kept the computer from turning on. I am a happy camper and would recommend this business to anyone.

The person who owns this place is extremely arrogant, and takes advantage of customers. His hardware and knowledge is sub-par, and although I understand about restocking fees, he uses questionable return policies and charges extra fees that should never be charged. I have spoken with him on several occasions and he lets everyone and anyone aware that he knows all and that his opinion is as God's word. He obviously was sick the day they gave the customer service lecture and never made the effort to learn what its all about. Don't waste your time giving your business to this idiot - give it to someone who will treat you as a customer should be treated - fairly and courteously.
