Police Administration

Called non emergency number (since animal control closed)to report a disturbance of viscious pitbulls loose in a neighborhood and tried attacking a human being! Person who answered my call was rude and didnt seem to care about details of my concern. She needs to take a customer service training and also learn to listen to a complaint, especially when concern is very vital. These pitbulls killed a neighbors cat. To me its a major concern as to what else could they kill?? Not happy at all with this call experience.

I have only made a phone call to this place for a customer at my job. The woman who answered was very rude and hung up when the customer asked her to hold, i understand they dont have time to wait as they take in many calls but it was literally 2-3 seconds. besides its the non emergency phone number, I have dialed 911 and they hold for a good while and even call you back if the call is disconnected. Whoever answers the phone there needs some serious training. This is the police department where citizens are supposed to matter and feel safe. This woman just made me and the customer feel very unimportant.

Most of the police officers are unfriendly and not helpful with anything. The only helpful ones were the ones at the metal detector. The ladies at the ticket payment windows were not helpful, super slow, rude, and unfriendly. Don't get a ticket in this town. They care about making their quota and money than they do about you the person.
