Horrible. Will never return or give them my money again. No appointment necessary but when you walk in you're left standing at the window in line for 10 minutes. I knocked on the window, the bell doesn't work. Someone from the back yelled I'll be with you in a minute. Took her 10 minutes to come forward and give me an application. Her 20 minute estimated wait time was actually an hour. They called people all out of order. When I walked to the counter to let the associate know, hey I was here first she said no you can't go next because they already processed the lady before me, who came after me order. No apology. No customer service. If you're offering a service and people are paying their money to keep your doors open, there should be some level of customer service. Sadly, it doesn't exist here.
