My sister and I have gone to Dr. Mason as our orthodontist for our braces. It is. very professional and reliable. The staff is both kind and welcoming and really do a good job. Their office is very nice, and they are sure to do a great job. I would definitely recommend going to Polaris Orthodontic Center for your treatment.

I appreciate Dr. Mason and his staff so much! The road to correcting my dental issues was a long one but I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! My transformation is absolutely amazing. I never in a million years thought I would be happy with my smile and I can finally say that I’m proud it and it’s all thanks to Dr. Mason. Aside from cosmetically correcting my smile, Dr. Mason was very through in making sure root and gum issues I had were resolved prior to treatment and referred me to an outstanding periodontist. Dr. Mason was honest and committed to making sure everything was done right. He is quite the perfectionist in every way and I appreciate that so much.

We love Polaris Orthodontic Center staff and location. Appointments are on time which limits the amount of school and work missed. Dr. Mason is knowledgeable and friendly and answers all questions I have. Would recommend all of my family and friends to this office.

My daughter finished Invisalign treatment with Dr. Mason. Her smile is beautiful now. Dr. Mason and the entire staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate any special issues or requests. They are also quick to respond if your child is having pain with the attachments or the Invisalign trays. I would recommend Polaris Orthodontic Center for Invisalign treatment, especially for teenagers.

I’ve never written a review about anything because I’m a perfectionist and nothing really pleases me accept the result I got from POC. From my first consultation appointment with my last appointment I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism and I really felt like I was at home because how welcoming and caring the staff at POC and Dr.Mason were. I had the experience of a lifetime at POC. Growing up, I got mocked by my peers because of my crooked teeth but starting today they can’t no longer mock at me. I owe all my happiness and success to Dr.mason and his great staff. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back. I feel like you guys deserve more a review.

My son started the process the summer before his freshman year in HS. I initially took him to the OSU dentistry as I was informed they were good. Well, long story short they actually sucked. I decided to look elsewhere so I contacted one of my former kids I used to coach in basketball and his parents referred me to MD Mason. MD Mason was so professional and informed me of every step that needed to be done in order to have my son's teeth looking right. My son had a tooth logged in the roof of his mouth due to it never pushing through where his upper left K-9 was. MD Mason referred me to an oral surgeon and showed me what the process would be and how long it will take for the tooth to be pulled from the center roof of my son's mouth to where the tooth should actually be. This was never informed of me by OSU dentistry they were actually going to move the K-9 over and squeeze the tooth that was lodged in the roof of son's mouth in the space provided. This would have looked ugly and unacceptable. Moving along with my experience MD Mason was always kind every appointment, always gave me a time frame on how long the braces would remain on. The front desk receptionists Cammie and Tracy are one of kind they are awesome ladies always had smiles on their faces. Would always crack jokes with me and see how life is going not only for my son but me as well. They set me up on a payment plan for the braces they never once demanded money if I was ever late on payment which was only once due to payday being past my schedule due date for monthly payment. They worked with me as far as scheduling my son’s weekly or monthly appointments to coincide with his sports as well as my work schedule. All in all wonderful experience with MD Mason and his staff and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get ortho work rather for their kiddos or for themselves. Thank you, MD Mason, Cammie, Tracy and the staff for 4 years of excellent service.

They were very organized and proper. Clean tools, and kind employees. The area was clean and they gave proper instruction. Compared other orthodontists with my friends, felt lucky for having a better one.

When I went there for the first time with my son Dr Mason was able to calm his nerves and make his first visit enjoyable. Dr Mason sat down with us and explained everything to us, and did not push any treatment that was not necessary. Dr Mason is very knowledgeable about my son's treatment and the dental insurance that I carry. And did not make us feel uncomfortable with any decision that we made. I would recommend Dr Mason to anyone!!!!!
