I've called them to pick up multiple car's now. Tow truck driver is always friendly and on time. The last time I called was for a 9am pick-up and the driver was there at 8:50am when I pulled up. Some people are so low, making racist comments about the place being ran by foreigner's... You would think even a moron could figure out they use a third-party affiliate for referals on cash for junk cars. They have nothing to do with whoever answers when you call the 1-800 number.

This place is run by a bunch of non mechanical people & the boss/owner please he's the worse one. I want start off by saying I drove from ANOTHER STATE, SO I contacted this so called parts store & needed a transmission & they supposedly had one well needless to say they gave me the wrong one took the 3 days to get back to me & boss guy kept ignoring my calls...REALLY ??! I was pissed because this is suppose to be a professional company ! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING !!! i reported them to the BBB because places like this need to be reported SO BEWARE & don't make the same mistake...Thank you & good luck !

They were so helpful! I was quoted something over the phone and ended up paying less when I got there. The service was quick and they were very friendly as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!! BOUGHT PARTS FROM THEM AND PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE ........ FOUR DAYS LATER I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE A FEW DAYS LATE PICKING UP THE PARTS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER HAD THEM . TALKED TO THE OWNER AND ALL HE DID WAS BLAME HIS EMPLOYEE AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY.

Had an engine installed in my vehicle. They did a great job with part and install. They are the only salvage yard in town whom provide the parts and install in same location. I would recommend them to others. A+ Service.

Kind of a dirty place, kind of a rip-off place. Kind of place where you walk in and ask for a part and they look at what kind of clothes you're wearing and try to guess how much money you have.
