I made an appointment almost a week out and they never showed up or called at the scheduled time?? I called them and they said they might be running late - we will have a manager call you. I called back after a while and they said they would send a person out later today??? In disbelief, I just cancelled this appointment.

I will try someone else - you should too.

This is not the first time I have used Master Electrical Service and it won't be the last. I like their service, their timeliness, their experience, and the fact that they clean up after they have finished their work. Some may think they are expensive, but their knowledge and guarantees are worth the price. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about them.

I had this company come out and install a service panel and a new socket for the electrical meter outside the house. The work was done successfully and timely but the cost was way too much money. If anyone asked me, I'd say keep looking because this isn't the company I'd recommend. I have had problems getting the inspection completed after the work was done and the inspection is still not completed (almost 3 weeks after the work was performed). Again, I am waiting on a phone call. They keep telling me it's the city of Columbus causing the delay but I sure had the feeling that nobody cared if this was completed as they have already cashed my check.



If you are looking for an electrician...KEEP LOOKING...this isn't it.



As a follow-up to my initial review...The inspection was finally completed nearly a month after the work was completed. The staff at Master Electrical service was cordial and after several phone calls from myself and several hours of lost sleep waiting on inspectors, the job was completed top to bottom. I do however stick by my assessment that the cost was more than it really should have been after estimates from other electricians.

Master Electric really does have extremely fast response time. i've needed their expertise a number of different times in my home and i've never been dissapointed! Their technicians are clean, courteous and respectful everytime they come in my home.
