"I brought my dog and cat to this clinic for a little over a year while I lived in Columbus. I was so happy with the care they received there from the vets, techs, and other staff. For my dog's last appointment with them I was finally able to go inside (due to COVID restrictions), and seeing my highly anxious dog be so excited to see her vet like she was an old friend made it really clear how well she'd been treated during all the visits when I waited curbside. My senior cat I adopted also has some underlying conditions, and Dr. Huter was incredibly understanding and communicative when I expressed some last minut concerns about a dental procedure for him. It turned out the concerns were warranted and he had feline asthma, which we now have well-controlled along with some fresh clean teeth. If you're looking for a vet, I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Berwick. We're very sad to be moving away!"

Dr. Bando is originally from Westlake, Ohio. Growing up, he realized from a young age that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He attended The Ohio State University for both his undergraduate and professional programs, graduating from The College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. He worked in several small animal practices in the Columbus area before purchasing the Berwick Animal Clinic in January of 2012. He has a strong interest in medicine, soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic surgical procedures.

"I generally am not one to coddle my dogs. That being said, after recently bringing Luna in for her yearly checkup I was blown away. The vet sat with her for 30 minutes just to get her to feel comfortable before giving her the required shots. We were considering medication for anxiety, and she emailed us a list of alternative anxiety approaches that was custom tailored to our dog. They also called to tell us that the blood work was completely normal. I normally don't write reviews, but the customer service and attention to detail here was over the top. I just wish that they saw humans too so that I could get as great of healthcare as my dog:)."

In her free time, she likes to play volleyball, travel, and spend time with her family, friends, and dog Oliver.
