        Dr. Ryan Serra completed his specialty training and Master of Science in Periodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Prior to specializing in periodontics, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Serra is trained in all aspects of comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy, including treatment of periodontal disease, hard and soft tissue regenerative procedures, mucogingival gum surgery, and implant placement and site development. Dr. Serra resides near Bradenton with his wife Jen, their sons Charlie, Alex, and Owen, and their dog Mitch. In addition to being an avid sports fan, Dr. Serra enjoys photography, travel, cycling, and eating Jen’s wonderful culinary masterpieces.

        Overall

        Dr. Ryan Serra and his staff are professional yet down to earth! They treat each patient like family and Dr. Serra takes great pains making sure each patient understands excactly what he is recommending. Can't say enough about this outstanding Doctor!
