I own several property's and use them on a regular basis.I have had Eric Kevin and sometimes Charlie they are fast friendly and affordable I have even recommended them to my family

Overall this was a truly negative experience. I own a rental property and my tenant had called with a drain clog. I advised my tenant that I would contact a plumber and have them out to his residence as soon as they can get out. I contacted Drain Master and spoke to the owner of the company, Charlie. He advised me a tech was in the area and he could dispatch one within the hour and have somebody there by 9am. Tech arrived in a timely manner and inspected the problem. The tech (Eric) advised my tenant that he would be getting his snake and will fix the issue. In the midst of retrieving the snake, Eric, received a phone call from an angry customer and left my tenants residence in the middle of the job to assist the angry customer. That was the first issue. Eric, later called and apologized as well as the owner of the company, Charile called and apologized to myself and my tenant through 2 seperate phone calls.



Second issue. 5 hours later. A new tech by the name of Kevin shows up at my tenants residence. He and his assistance serviced the issue and called me with the details of the work. Meanwhile, Eric, (the first tech) advised me that he would only charge me the $165 due to the poor service he provided earlier that morning. Kevin was speaking to me about the work he had done and advised me that the total charge would be $165 plus an additional $45 for snaking a shower drain. I advised Kevin that I was informed by his co-worker that I would only be charged $165. Kevin than proceeded to get irrate over the phone that he is very upset with Eric that he continues to lose him money, and provide gestures to customers. Well, after Kevin ranted about Eric, I quickly realized they are independently contracted through Drain Master. Kevin also advised me via a phone call that our "ballcock" on the toilet was faulty, later did I realize that our toilet was not equipped with a ballcock. Thankfully I avoided the extra $85 charge plus parts Kevin was trying to get from me. Eric has made amends and apologized for his service and the overall service from the job. I have not spoke with Charlie the owner of the company yet about the overall service. Kevin has not apologized to this date.



The simply, quick 30 minute drain clog has been resolved, but with much distress and poor service. I do not believe that I will be using this company for any future services.

Drainmaster did a great job at a reasonable rate. I will not call any of the big outfits anymore. They were informative and cleaned our drains out thoroughly. Call them before you agree to anything.

I have rental properties and Drain Master was the only Company to allow me to set up an account. They have snaked my drains many times and I am very please with their services. BEST PRICES.

Drainmasters just completed a job at my house .. The contractors ( eric & mike) were professional and prompt . They answered all our question and gave us the best answers for our questions .We would definitely use there company again if we have any more problems (hopefully not )
