I needed a engine for my truck and they gave me a good price on the phone so I drove 1 hour when I get their they walk me out to a greasy dirty muddy yard and shows me the pile of engines that match my trucks year and part number so i find the one that matches but it was in the back out of reach so he sent out a fat guy on a fork lift to retrieve it. I showed him the one that I needed in the back and he said thanks alot I won't have time to eat lunch today very rudely and told me to go pay for the engine and get out of the way. After I paid he loaded the engine and it was all tore up with a hole in the side of the block and bent pullys everything on it was destroyed I told them about it and they walked away. All sales are final on the receipt. Please don't ever shop here for anything they are not a real business and they are very rude.I'm disputing the charges threw my bank.

Bought part 4-5 mos ago didn't work, took back they replaced. Checked on window regulator. They told me price was 20.00 if I took off car- 45.00 if they took off. Saved money , called back 3 days ago, spoke with employee on phone he hold me same price 20.-45. Get there and tall older guy said 85.00 and should be more. I told him I just called he said part is 85.00. they just lost customer and I Will tell everyone I know about them.

That These Rude,Prejudice,Ignorant, People Will Lie To Your Face.I Called And Asked If They Had The Part Which At First They Told Me That Had It ..Then They Told Me That I Would Have To go And Find The Part Then They Would Pull It For Me And Then Charge Me 65.00 WOW....Bad Experience.. Wont Go There AnyMore..

these guys are a joke they tell you they have the part you drive 50 miles to pick it up to find out they are liers then they wont even talk to you about it they hang up what a bunch of a--holes

Got me for $75 for a part that doesn't go to my car at all and wont exchange it for the correct one. The part didn't even go to my car!

Don't know who these other people talked to but every time I have been there they have my parts and have always been very helpful. Hell they even offered to drop off ordered parts that would not be in till the following day. Also seem to always work with you on the price... All I know is that the place is always busy and people seem to get what they need their.

The help was rude, unhelpful and demeaning. After being asked how "he" could help me I asked my question. I only needed a yes or no answer. Not only did the guy start to explain the answer to a question I did not ask, but he kept telling other workers there what to do -- interrupting he answer to me (to a question I did not ask). I waited until he stopped talking to another worker before re-asking my question, but the guy just walked away!!



They obviously to busy to help customers, listen to question or know what product they have.

Good selection of late-model foreign cars, Unfortunately its owned and operated by the nastiest rip-off white-trash in the world. You could walk in there with a tail light off a Ford Tempo and every single one of their extended family with their headsets would surround you and go "Wow, THATS a rare car, I didn't know we had THAT car, you're gonna have to pay ALOT for that." becuase thats what they're all trained to do to aid each other in the "ripping off"



If you are lucky you might also get the "Family Entertainment" of watching the owner get in fights in the gravel parking lot with Mexicans.



Like I said, really trashy extended family with headsets that runs the place.
