Had my property treated by Anthony D. Was not home at the time of the treatment but I checked and everything seemed to be fully covered as promised. I would only suggest pressing a little harder on the pen as the receipt was difficult to read. Most important thing of all, the gate was closed! Little things mean a lot!!

First Alterra treatment earlier this week, and our service tech was Jeff Roseberry. He was friendly and took the time to explain the initial treatment and the future (quarterly) treatments that are part of our plan. We are looking forward to a pest-less home this summer! Jeff Roseberry Came out to my house today for my first treatment. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to do. We have an issue with ticks in my back yard which is one of my biggest concerns. He was very helpful. I am glad that I signed up for this service. Marcie M.
