A Team Transmission

Less than one star! My wife and I took our vehicle in for an inspection. They had my car for 6 days and couldn't find what was wrong with it. No big deal there, that happens so we go to pick the car back up. Find out the catalytic converter got stolen while in their possession. Found out a few days prior that someone else car was vandalized (manager told us directly, it was a minivan with the passenger rear window broken). A-Team quickly responds with they are not liable and quickly showed us the door. We tried contacting the owner Sean Avner via phone and email with no response. Their service "MIGHT" be good but they will leave your car outside overnight, parking lot is wide open, not well lit, and a camera that doesn't capture anything for anyone drive up and vandalize/burglarize. A-Team will tell you they are not liable and will quickly stop communicating with you and will not work with you on this subject at all. Either someone on staff knows who is vandalizing these vehicles or the people doing it knows how easy it is to break into these vehicles with A-Teams lack of security. Either way I wouldn't leave my car their overnight for any reason! If they can't get to it that day DO NOT LEAVE YOU CAR WITH THEM! They will tell you their not liable and you will be left paying for the cost of the repairs out of your own pocket for something that happened on their property and in their care.

I hope everyone reads this review and dont end up like us or the person's van that was vandalized.

Lastly, police will not do anything!!! To help. They will not investigate at all and will tell you to handle it through your insurance so this pattern will continue.

I had a default Toyota computer that cause a hard shift in transmission. A- Team replaced computer and transmission. It was a great experience. Very thankful.
