Transmission Doctors and More

Awful service. Said they'll provide "free" evaluation of my vehicle, but charged us $600 for labor. Then charged $500 to get the vehicle back. A huge scam, do NOT go there.

Had a great experience today at Transmission Doctors so wanted to share with YellowPages. Called before going out and talked to Josh who was very nice and helpful and said I could bring the car in whenever I able to get there. I had the oil changed and I was in and out and was treated very well. It was so nice to find a reasonably priced car repair business and we now have our new "one stop shop" for our cars!

Transmission Doctors worked with me to find a resolution to our issue. Thank you!

I live in the Atlanta area, but a while back had to head to Fort Benning to take care of some business for my deployed soldier in Fort Benning.



On the way my car started making noises, but was still driving ok. I figured I should call around to some places in the area just to get it checked out before I made the drive back.



I called several places and people were trying to guess over the phone what the problem was and it was very expensive things that they were guessing! How on Earth could they guess by my description of a noise that my car needed hundreds of dollars in repairs! Transmission Doctors and More was my 4th call and my last, thank God! I spoke with Josh, the manager, he was so polite, didn't seem too busy to help me or spend a few minutes with me on the phone, didn't try to guess what my problem was and did not try to preface my visit with an outrageous quote!



I stopped by Transmission Doctors and More on my way back from Benning, I was greeted by Josh and they took my car right in. In and out in under an hour for an easy fix and my bank account still existed!



To this day I travel out of my way to Columbus just to take my car to be worked on by honest people.

Syl D. Great experience with this Transmission Doctor and More. I live in Atlanta and was visiting in Columbus when I experienced car trouble. I went to a couple of shops but everyone wanted to charge more or fix more then I truly needed. The Manager at the shop was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done. The Manager ran a diagnostic and was able to fix my repairs and saved me some money. Being a female it is hard to know who to trust when you get your car worked on. I have had other family and friends take their car to Transmission Doctor and More and all very happy with the service and quality of work. I highly recommend this place can't say enough good things about them.

Great customer service with ASE certified technicians, which was my main concern dealing with a auto shop. I brought my 2006 impala to Josh at transmission doctors. it wouldn't move in drive or reverse, sson as I brought it to these guys they took it straight in. done a diagnostics and showed and explained everything going on with what they have found. saved me a lot of money and was very honest. thanks guys! awesome service!!!
