Pat A Cakes Bakery

The cakes are delicious but the customer service for African Americans is horrible! The owner is not friendly at all she pretends to be until you purchase from her and then her true racism comes out. She doesn't speak to or address African American customers. She has her cashier to do it even when she is standing right there. How can someone owning a business be so unprofessional? I won't be going there anymore and I will inform others as well of her poor customer service.

Ordered on the phone, last minute, from out of town. They were more than willing to assist with my request! Great Customer service.

Simply the best! I have ordered 10+ cakes from Pat-A-Cakes, including a huge wedding cake, grooms cake, birthday and shower cakes and have had the best response from my guests. I would highly recommend them to those looking for unique and tasty cakes. Cheryl and her team are wonderful!

I'm not sure how anyone could say the decorating was bad or unskilled. I've gotten many of my daughters' cakes there and they were simply beautiful. No one could do the kinds of cakes I've bought from them without years of practice. One of them they built around a figurine I brought in had a frosting flower forrest complete with a river surrounded by candy rocks. It looked more like a painting than a cake! The taste as good as they look too.

I have been buying my grandchildren's birthday cakes here for four years and have been very pleased every time. Every year someone remarks how delicious the cake is. They have always been very anxious to decorate the cake however we request, even when my granddaughter designed her own cake! You can't go wrong buying from "Pat-A-Cakes"!!

I got my 22nd, 23rd, and now 24th birthday cake from here. All three times the cake was just as promised. The cake was so moist and the icing was delicious. When we were out and celebrating everyone around was asking about it and where it was from because it was decorated so beautifully. The girls working out front were so helpful when placing all of these orders. Not only do we get all of our family birthday cakes from here we also get all our holiday cakes from here as well. It is the cleanest and cutest bakery in town!! Just step in the doors and you will fall in love with the smell and be hooked! :)

I ordered my sister's birthday cake over the phone, so all I had to go on were friends' recommendations. The girl who helped me order had great suggestions. The cake was decorated beautifully and was very tasty. I picked up some cupcakes there, too. Overall a great experience & I'll be a returning customer.

Don't pay for the cake in advance. or you will be sorry. You can do it better yourself, no matter how little skills you have.
