Staff is clearly unqualified as well as unprofessional. Office Manager is bias and uneducated in medical ethics as well as medical offices procedures and just plain common sense. She oversteps her bounds in an attempt to shield the office when actually she is jeopardizing Dr. Meadows practice by not knowing what she is doing or saying. Her behavior is inappropriate alone and she may well serve as a catalyst for him being sued for malpractice.

Staff was terrible. Clearly prejudiced against minorities. Much friendlier to Caucasian patients using sir and ma'am.
