Went and had a great lunch until the waitress told us they are closing Sunday. Disappointed, love this location

This is the most unprofessional, poorly managed restaurant I’ve ever encountered.. I left a generous tip to my regular waitress and the manager, Jamie, refused to give it to her... this is a school teacher, single parent, who is by far their best server... I was told today by 4 employees not only did he refuse to give her the tip but had the audacity to state in front of other employees I was not her ATM machine.. I confronted him about the issue and he was extremely rude, avoided discussing the issue, lied about what he said and stormed away saying he didn’t have time for this... I’ll contact Chili’s corporate offices about this and will make sure myself, my friends, family, and numerous employees never walk in the location again.. beware!

My husband and I went for lunch and this was our first and last time. It took over 1 and 1/2 hours for our waitress to bring our soup to us. she kept telling us that they had to make it fresh. Where from China? Once we got the soup my husbands portion had a large piece of plastic in it. waitstaff was rude and manager obviously could care less. Skip this place and go somewhere else.
