These guys are pros. First let me begin with my issue. I have an RV that had trouble with new tires and vibration. The original installer threw in balance beads instead of regular spin balance. Oh and for added measure he stripped three lugs. Well the vibration became worse. I then stopped on the highway at truck service vendor since my RV has a F53 truck chassis. They took two hours to do nothing, except of course crushing a TPMS beyond repair and warping the valve bracket all without saying a word. So then a friend, who drives commerical trucks, recommended I to go to Glenn's. Glenn's does truck, RV as well as autos. They suggested I Force Balance with indexing. They removed the balance beads, ran the tires on the force balance, and where they found run out, they deflated the tire and recalibrated (rotated tire on rim accordingly) wheel and re-ran the Force Balance. They were able to reduce all the runout well within nominal specs and the difference in ride is without description. Prior to Glenn's I couldn't go above 55 mph without risk of loosening some teeth fillings. Now the coach runs smoothly at 70mph. It wasn't cheap, but the results were priceless making it a bargain. Oh, and they didn't strip one single stud. These are my future go-to-guys from here on with all my tire needs...PERIOD.
