Invision Computers

I would have to say that InVision has always gone above and beyond when I have an issue with my machines or servers. I would highly recommend them for any service, repair, upgrades and even a custom built machine. I shopped around other local computer stores for my recent computer purchase and InVision smashed the competition with their pricing on the same if not better hardware. All I gotta say is thank you Team InVision for the great service and Support!!!

These guys will tell you what the problem is with your computer and quote you a price for parts and how many hours and the hourly rate. After you fill out the paper work and leave your computer with them, they will then tell you its a problem with your mother board and quote you 200 dollars above cost for motherboard, plus 3 hours of labor. When you tell them you will just buy a new computer at that price they then charge you 55 for a diagnostics (which they originally claim is free)However, they told me they would put all my harddrive files for me on a harddrive free of cost since Im already paying 55 bucks.



They tell you when they close and when you get there 45 minutes before closing - they're locked up for the night. And it took them a week to get the files on the hard drive and another 4 days to put the laptop back together.



A week later I went to transfere files to new computer to realize the new harddrive is blank.



A similer situation has happened to a few neighbors at Invision. They tell them whats wrong and have them leave their computer to later tell them its their motherboard and charge $$$ extra. 1 guy got a 2nd opinion, and after replacing the battery his laptop worked fine.
