I'm frustrated I even have to give a rate of 1 star. This office was dirty first off. Secondly the MA smelled like smoked not what I wanted to smelling being pregnant. The doctor comes in and barely talks. We asked if we were getting an ultrasound. He said tech was out but he would give one even tho he normally doesn't. He didn't even know how to work the machine told US he couldn't see anything and not to tell family. To come back Tuesday when the tech was back. We had previously seen the heartbeats at our past doc. This in turn made us visit the ER bc who can wait a week when a doc said he didn't see anything. ER found the babies immediately. I do not recommended this office as they Obviosuly have zero symphathy or compassion. Not to mention a doctor using a machine he had zero business using. Did I mention he told us this 2 days before christmas. Real gem here.

This practice is so used to cookie cutter pregnancies that they dismiss everything as normal. They treated me like I was crazy for being worried about spotting after previously miscarrying and the next week I found out I miscarried again. The poor treatment was not so much from the doctor as it was a staff member named Carol. She was extremely rude and yelled at me when asked to explain hcg levels and when she called to ask me if I knew the results of the sonogram meant my baby's heart stopped she was cold and had zero empathy. No one even expressed their condolences. I am going to a specialist now at The Institute for Reproductive Health in Cincinnati and they treat me with so much respect. It is an amazing difference. Don't make the mistake of going there unless you think your pregnancy is low or no risk, otherwise you may regret it.

Absolutely horrible experience. 1-2 hour wait times to see a doctor with an appointment, mixing up medical records, negligence, and just plain passing the buck off onto someone else.



Claiming your son has a possible heart condition, leaving you sitting in a room for an hour, then realizing they screwed up and confused him with another patient is unacceptable. He is now two months old and without a SS number. Per the hospital, this office's staff failed to sign off on my son's and many other patient's medical records. When confronted about it, they claim the documents weren't ready for the doctor a month after his birth.



A lot of shady things going on at this office. I am surprised they are still an active practice. I highly recommend you visit somewhere else.

i love this place. they have delivered 2 of my children and helped me threw 2 miscarriages. the midwives are wonderful. they stay on top of things, able to get appointments quick, always answer any questions. pregnant with my fourth child and still going.

I had the most wonderful experience with this practice. I received devastating news at an appointment and Dr. Thress let me use his personal cell phone to call my husband and mother. Everyone who was there was amazing in my time of despair. At the hospital later that evening, Dr. Barnhorn delivered my stillborn daughter with such precision and care. I would definately recommend this practice to any woman who wants to be taken care of during her pregnancy.
