- We do give a free service call with repair. Our average repair cost is $79.00 - $199.00 plus parts. I do not charge any more for a part than you pay at your local parts center Cincinnati Appliance Parts. All Brands are serviced, Refrigerator, Ranges, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals and Microwaves. 90 percent of our business is return customers. We are proud of that. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with their service. The tech was 2 hours late, came in for 30 sec and told us we need a new outlet to plug our refrigerator in and then asked for the $49 service call fee. He could've told me to try a new outlet over the phone, instead he took advantage of us and was in and out in less than 5 min and never once looked at the appliance itself. Poor customer service. When I called to inquire, I explained what happened and they hung up on me.
Very prompt repair, called and had a same day repair. Will use for future repairs. Big thank you to Brandon for doing such a great job!
