Horrible movers. Every thing was damaged and they showed up late, putting us behind on our move and have horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Never ever uses these guys. They are very sweet to you until they pick up your items and then keep increasing their rates till the point they deliver items to you. My TV was damaged but they took no responsibility for it. Also I was finally billed about 3 times more their initial quote and gave the biggest BS reasons ever! I tried contacting them to pay for the damage costs but they never returned calls.

Do not use this company. They use subcontractors and will not reimburse you for items they break or are stolen. They were 4 days late in picking up my items (through some company they hired) and 8 days late in delivery (through another company they hired to deliver). I am suing them in court now. Please read other reviews on various sites. You will find nothing good about them in most of the reviews.

It took them 20 days to deliver my boxes, it wasn't really furniture. It was from Chicago, IL to Miami, FL. It took them 20 days to deliver it. A few pieces were broken. Then I got someone else's pieces too. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. I had to reach them. The person that I had to get in touch with that was handling my account was on vacation for four to five weeks. That's a long vacation. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I wouldn't use them again.

The stress of moving is too much, but they made it so much easier for me and my family. This was our first move in the last 14 years and last time was when my wife and I were in college :)

My kids had an easier time than expected with this process and I believe we've made the right decision when choosing North Star.

I recently hired Northstar for an in- State move and I have to say they were a little overpriced but worth the extra money.If you shop around maybe you will find a cheaper rate but they will not do the job that these guys did.My transition was easy and I did not have to deal with all the headache that other companies give you.Thank you and it was a pleasure doing bussiness with you.

I recently moved from Chicago to Austin and I hired Northstar Moving .I just wanted to thank the whole team for the amazing job they did.They went above and beyond to make sure everything was going ok .They kept me updated about the whole process.Their price was fair and their service was outstanding.

I had to relocate for my work, and i had to leave ahead of time, Northstar moving transportation company did all the job perfectly in a good manner of time. they were accurate in time, price as nothing was added to the bill and all my furniture arrived in excellent condition. i loved there service. in addition my old apartment was clean after they moved all the stuff, and kept the new apartment clean to.
