Northwest School of the Arts is a secondary school that serves more than 1,100 students in grades 6 through 12. The school provides a preprofessional, college preparatory program that focuses on rigorous academic classes and advanced educational experiences in visual and performing arts. Its academic curriculum includes reading, writing, mathematics, science, language arts and social studies. The school also offers a range of advanced placement courses. Northwest School of the Arts also provides hands-on training in practical and real-world arts experiences with local and national professionals.
