Klutts helped me into a rental property in Charlotte. KPM works well with me and has made the transition of transferring to another home very convenient. Thanks a bunch for the great customer service that you provide.

My spouse and I have been renting an apartment from Klutts for about 7 months and I'm actually happy to be renewing our lease for another year. The office staff is very kind and professional, and we aren't bothered by anyone. We've had problems in the past with former landlords and maintenance "dropping" by for no reason to "fix" something. I definitely recommend renting from Klutts.

I've been living under Klutts property management for 3 and a half years now, in two different apartments. They are the best property management place that I've ever rented with. The maintenance staff is understanding and prompt when resolving issues and repairing things. The office staff is extremely friendly and are always willing to help out. My property manager is very attentive and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. I would recommend (and actually do) renting through these guys over all competitors throughout the downtown area. Not only are they excellent, but they own all the awesome properties and their prices are reasonable.

I started out renting a 1 BD 1 BA from Klutts and was satisfied there. I recently got promoted to a new job and decided to upgrade to one of their properties that had a little more space. I knew I wanted to remain within the Klutts community because of the no hassle living it’s provided me. They helped transition me into the bigger property and I’m extremely happy now. We were reading the reviews online before we called them and we weren’t disappointed. Even despite some of these complainers our experience was great and straightforward. The process to get approved went smoothly and took less than a day, and upon moving in there was one small maintenance issue that they took care of very quickly. (It seems as if the previous renters had just left one of the breakers open). The maintenance guy came in and just flipped the switch and we were good as new. Phew! Thanks a lot Klutts for being so straight with us.
