Brown's New and Used tired

Horrible service, Wolf in sheep's clothes. I purchased a 235/30r22, went to go wash my car, noticed I heard air coming from the tire. I observed it, it had a small gash so I brought it back the same day. I sat in the parking lot for 3 hours and 45 minutes just for them to come back and tell me they didn't have another tire to fit my rim so he was going to have to "try" to fix it. He put patches, glue and plugs all in the tire and stated it should be good. Trying not explode in anger, I left praying that the tire would be fine. Next day, tire was flat. (Tay I believe was his name) I called Robert and he stated he would call me back in 30 minutes to make sure I got another tire. 2 days later no call and he won't answer my phone call." Ironically this has happened to me on 2 other occasions in which he blamed the damage on me and refused to do anything after 3 days of the purchase when 2 of the 3 tires went flat. The other time, he told me the tire was good but needed an air tube so it could be pumped up and they didn't have any, went to another shop and the tire had a not in it, he said they couldn't have sold me a tire like that and it was my fault. "Satan" Will sell you a bad tire, say "God Bless You," Yeah I know should have stopped going back here years ago but I was broke at the time and sometimes you can luck up buying one of his terrible used low profiles. Learned lesson, manage my money better and go to a real shop! Awful, awful and God Awful!

Worst establishment on the west side. They sold me two bad tires. They lost a lug nut that I had to replace. One young man stopped changing my tire to go talk to his girlfriend. Don't waste your money. No refund policy.

I went to this tire shop only because i got a flat on betties ford rd. I have $15 dollars to my name and mr brown replaced my tire took down my information and let me bring him the money that friday when i got paid. THAT WAS TRULY A BLESSING. I will continue to use his service.

i wated for a hour but they had 5 cars when i got there and they put me in order but with everybody wainting i thaught they mu be doung something right and i was right,he discounted my tires, GOD BLESS THEM,

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The owner is very unprofessional. I sat there and waited for more than two hours for them to mount a tire to a rim with no success. He later explained that he needed some type of equipment to do it. "A cheetah tank"

Worst experience. I waited forever and they willingly and knowingly sold me cracked rims. Steer clear!!!

This was the worst experience for me. He took close to 2 hours to put a used tire on. He overly charge people. He makes up numbers in his head additional tax he wants to give. please I'm warning you don't go to his shop

This man shop was closed! Closed! I needed my tire plugged had a nail in it... and he waited and plugged it... thank you Robert Brown!
