Gravity Autos Atlanta

i was impressed with the customer service , and the timely manner it took for the deal to be finished. they have a variety of vehicles at great prices compared to other vehicles on the market. i thought about getting a honda accord, dodge charger, or toyota camry. then i found atlanta auto selection online. they have audi,bmw,and mercedes benz for the same price or cheaper. so i purchased my vehicle from atlanta auto selection, and it came with a bumper to bumper warranty. i couldnt tell the difference in a pre owned vehicle and a new vehicle. due to scheduling conflicts it to a few days to get my tag,but i was quickly resolved. we dont live in a perfect world. i would buy another vehicle from atlanta auto selection.

Our experience was horrible. It was like dealing with a group of 1st graders. No one knows what they are doing or how to communicate with one another. It took almost 2 hours for the manager to even come over and try and work out a deal with us, it felt like monkey in the middle. I kid you not when I say we were at the dealership for 6 hours making the deal. They are unwilling to compromise on anything and changed their mind multiple times once things were in writing. They were so picky that they were not even willing to order a spare key for my car or willing to replace the weather stripping around the windshield. Now it is a month later and no one seems to know where the title to my car is and they do not answer or return phone calls what so ever. They clearly do not care about their customers once they have the money in their hands. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

WHEN YOU BUY A CAR FROM ATLANTA AUTO SELECTION AT THE BEGINING EVREYTHING IS KOOL, BUT TO GET THE TITLE NOBODY KNOWS AND YOU NEED TO CALL 1000 TIMES TO GET IT, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE TO RETURN CALLS AND TELL YOU WHAT TO DO, ME PERSONALLY DONT RECOMEND IT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM
