        My battery began acting up during a road trip along I-5 and I really needed an expert to diagnose and resolve the problem. I was so happy to find O'Reilly open on a Sunday and Jessica (assistant manager) at the counter. She quickly grabbed a battery tester and did her thing on my 9 1/2 year old battery. Sure enough - it was on it's last leg and I didn't want to become stranded somewhere. She dispatched Matt to install a replacement and we were back on the road. No charge for the installation, which I couldn't have done on my own without hours reading a manual or studying YouTube videos. Jessica and Matt saved the day!
