        No Coupons! Really?

        Yes, really. They wouldn't accept the coupon that brought me into the location for the first time. The new owner/manager approached me as I came in the door, seeing that I had a coupon in my hand, and told me that food costs were too high for him, and he can't afford to accept them. After honestly calm discussion, I told him instead of making a little money off me by honoring the coupon, he would make nothing because I was leaving.



        He FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR complaining about how hard it is to run a business. I know it's hard, especially with customer service like that.

        As the current owner of this store I apologize for the prior owner's treatment of this patron. When my wife and I took this store over, we took down the sign that said coupons were not accepted when we unlocked the door for the first time. In this day and age, if the customer isn't first you shouldn't be operating a customer service based operation. We want every customer through the door to be wowed. We make mistakes along the way, however we value our customers and will do whatever we can do to keep them happy. Even though this happened awhile ago, I would like this customer to contact me, I'll personally make it right.
