        Horrible Service

        I would not recommend this specific tax agency to anyone. a few reasons I will list them.



        We paid 250 dollars to have our taxes to us 2 weeks after the filing date...it's now almost week four



        Their phones have been down 4 hours a day every day (or at least when me and my husband call to check the status of our already late returns)



        Their computer systems also are down most of the day. (Question, if your computer systems are down, how are you serving your other clients?)



        The head guy is a totally ignorant and mean, SHOULD NOT be working with customers/ the public.



        My past service with H and R block have been wonderful, but for some ungodly reason, this agency will give you false statements concerning your tax refunds, and for me are weeks late.



        If you do have your taxes filed at this location, I wouldn't make any big plans with that money, or god help you if there is an emergency.
