I was in need of a new PC repair shop as my previous one had went out of business. I called around a couple of area shops, and decided the individual I talked to on the phone seemed knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I found out that my choice was correct. I got my machine fixed at a reasonable price, and they were more that happy to answer ALL my questions. Total "thumbs-up"

I needed the computer which had been rebuilt by someone else download Windows 10 and some other game sources for my grandson for Christmas and BetterBuilt.com provided excellent service, communicated well and delivered a before Christmas complete transaction for a happy 14 yr old to have and is enjoying I would recommend this company again

Horrible service. They do not stand by their work. They caused damage to my computer completely unrelated to the work they were supposed to do, then charged ME to fix it. I am so disappointed. I now have to pay an IT professional to review my computer to make sure they haven't caused any further problems!
