Spa & Nails

Pretty loud and not very relaxing. It must have been face time with the entire family as EVERYONE was on a facetime call with I'm assuming the mother. They didn't really speak to me at all. They spoke to each other in their language and I was just there it seemed. I noticed when someone walked in they waited a while to acknowledge them... Almost as if they were a bothersome. Two customers walked out after being ignored and the workers didn't seem to mind. I watched the interaction with the other customers and it was the same as mine- Next to none... The gal who did my mani/pedi did a good job but I can't even tell you her name as she spoke very little to me. Probably won't go back.

I've always had good service at this salon. They are patient and courteous with me and my family members and we are repeat customers. Also very honest when it comes to having a service done, if it is not needed yet or maybe would cause damage to my nails they tell me to wait. Most spas would be out just to make money.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been too. My lady was extremely rude and acted like I was unconvincing her. The pedicure was subpar at the best. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Only chose one star as the system requires. This place will never see my fingers, toes or eyebrows! This is America! Learn English! Learn manners, run these idiots out of business

I only gave 1 star because it was required..really would have been 0! I've been in there a couple of times and they are over the top RUDE and unprofessional! They act like they are annoyed by you coming in there! I went back the 2nd time because I thought maybe the girl was just having a bad day but when I went back received the same treatment! I have never in my life been to a nail place where they treat you that way! The last time I went in the girl was talking on the phone the whole time and then opened up a bag of potato chips before she was wver finished with me! I will not be returning which sucks because I live right behind the location now I have to drive further!

Never going here again! Reused tools, had to ask for salon sandals and they gave me used one's. Rhereare no nail dryers, no base coat under polish. The woman stabbed my toe and didn't apologize. Save your money!

Rude, speak minimal English, don't like to answer questions, they watch movies on iPads while doing your nails. Seems as if the customers are a nuisance.

Worst nail job ever. They are the oddest looking things. The nails are see thru and very wide. When I told the lady I didn't like the way they looked she said, Just dry your hands, Very, very rude and continuously talked on the phone while doing them. Never go here!

I am not from the area and just chose this place because it was close to the hotel. I wish I had read the reviews first. it was very obvious both of the women working did not want to be there. Not friendly at all. The woman who did my pedicure seem to be rushing through it like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. They spoke Vietnamese to each other and completely ignored me. The pedicure was mediocre at best. There MUST be better nail salons in the area.

Family operated and they talk to each other continuously in their on language, ignoring their customers. Their service quality depends on how busy they are, pedicure might last 15 minutes or 40. If you question them about anything, they blame you or tell you that you don't need that done. Once, my manicurist was on the phone the ENTIRE time. She burned my nail twice and not only didn't apologize, but was irritated that I jumped. Prices vary each time I've been but are reasonable. They need a manager that's not family a lessons in proper behavior to paying customers
