A very polite and prompt service man ca,e into our home and troubleshooter our 4 year old LCD tv. Very happy with his promptness and attentiveness to detail. Very highly recommended.

I called around and found most services wanted an awful lot for their initial diagnostic fee. Of course, it worried me a little that this company was SO reasonable, but had to give it a try. I loved it that he called first - and definitely within the time frame we'd set up. Patiently waited in my hallway while I dealt with another service person who'd shown up at the same time. Went to work immediately and didn't mind either my husband or my cats looking over his shoulder!! Repaired the TV quickly and the total charge was LESS than the cost of the other companies Diagnostic Fees!!! What a blessing! I'll be passing on his name for CERTAIN. Thank you Mark.
