The guy that does my pool is very good. I can't speak for the other guys, but I'm very happy with my service.
I usually don't give anyone perfect reviews, but after reading the comments here, I feel like these reviews don't represent the company that does work at my house. If you think there is a better service out there, good luck finding it.
Lots of pool guys in the area, but none of them are as reliable as Jeff's. I've yet to have no problems with this pool, but I like being able to walk right into the store and get my problems fixed.
I couldn't be happier with my pool. I used to constantly worry about it, but now I have very few problems.
Most professional service around. If you've experience the other service providers in the area, you know what I'm talking about. The always answer my calls, the guys that work in the front of the store are very friendly, and they do good work. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
They may not deserve all 5 stars in every category, but the other alternatives are so bad, Jeff's looks like a fortune 500 company.
Run from this company. They over charge and try to create more work then necessary. Came to look at our pool. and said they had to dig up the pool to repair main drain costing thousands. Got a company out of savannah and fixed drain with our digging and it only cost me $700. Jeff is Rude and Arrogant. Use them at your own risk
I have been dealing with Jeff's pool for the last 10 years through my work. Last year in March . We had a motor burn up. I contacted Jeff's and they gave me a new 5 hp motor at wholesale price of 500.00. My company is in Canada and it took 35 days to pay Jeff's. After it was paid. I got a notice that said . It was not paid in time and we owed another 285.00. They changed the rules without letting us know the new terms. This is poor business practice to change the rules mid swing. They lost a coustomer over that. What a thanks for 10 years of only using them.
Knowledgeable and helpful employees. My water was very cloudy and two other pool companies came out and told me I needed a new filter when I just bought one in the last 4 months and my pool is only 7,000 ga.! Turns out it's important to keep calcium levels up in a fiberglass pool. $20 in calcium was all I needed when the other companies didn't even check the water chemistry. Now I go there and get my water tested and feel like I know more about my pool every time I leave.
