        Whoa, before I really even got started I had a bad experience. I had just got my foot in the door and was completing paperwork. It seems the ?Office Manager (sorry do not know her name, woman with blonde-hair and heels) feels at ease confronting and really berating the receptionists in front of all the clients who are in the waiting area. She was loud and mean. Her words should not even have been said in private to the workers, and her attitude was really so off-putting. And she did this in full earshot and in full eye's view of me and the others. I was upset as a new client and I would have picked up and left if anyone spoke to me like that. I spoke to another patient seated near me, and was told this is par for the course and not even an unusual happening. Whoa, all workers deserve more respect than that. It left me speechless and with a really bad intro into for my appointment. I'll try to be back on here to share how my injury was actually treated. But for the record, this manager of sorts really needs to improve her manner and to treat others as she would like to be treated. To all the women who were put down by her talking-to, apologies from me as it should come from her. I feel for you. I really hope she will learn to do better. Employee, patient, manager, no matter who you are or who you think you are, there is no substitute for proper courtesy.

        The experience has been satisfying to this point
        Staff has been very heplful and friendly. And they are very professional and knowledgeable with respect to their jobs

        The most amazing experience at the Sheepshead Bay location! The front desk is very nice and polite, attentive to all your needs and and we u e'er around. There is no wait period, you come in and out just as promised. Doctor and therapists are beyond caring, polite and professional. This office is one of the kind for providing excellent patient care on all levels. Thank you, guys!
