Mr. Bolet earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from the Emory University School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bolet accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Isaac Jenrette, then Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County. During his clerkship, Mr. Bolet assisted Judge Jenrette in the founding of the Fulton County Superior Court’s Drug Court. In 1996, Mr. Bolet entered private practice as an associate in the law firm of Lackland & Heyward. Mr. Bolet’s practice focused on commercial litigation, construction law and employment law. In 1998, Mr. Bolet joined the law firm of Blumer International where he specialized in commercial litigation, construction law, administrative/licensing law and employment law matters. In 1999, Mr. Bolet co-founded the law firm of Goico Bolet, P.C. Mr. Bolet’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, administrative/licensing law, landlord/tenant law and criminal law. Mr. Bolet has served as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Sandy Springs, City of Doraville and the City of Johns Creek.

Mr. Heyward brings more than 25 years of legal experience to Goico Bolet, P.C. Mr. Heyward’s practice of law consists not only of a background in medium and small-firm practice but also includes government service (staff attorney and attorney manager at multiple levels).The practice has been quite varied in terms of both legal work and clients, including a broad range of general corporate work, small business work, mergers and acquisitions work, commercial transactions, commercial real estate transactions, leasing, regulatory work and other areas. Mr. Heyward’s extensive legal background includes working with local counsel in other states, and has engendered a sensitivity to client objectives, needs and modes of operation. Mr. Heyward is known for his attention to detail and persistence which makes him an invaluable resource based on his years of learning and experience.
Mr. Goico earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from the Emory University School of Law. Upon graduation, Mr. Goico began his law career in private practice in 1995, as an associate of the firm Blumer International where he practiced corporate, real estate, and immigration law. In 1999, Mr. Goico co-founded the law firm of Goico Bolet, P.C. Mr. Goico’s practice focuses on general corporate, employment, and business immigration matters. He has been admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
