Garbage service. Unprofessional loudmouths who justify their words by claiming "[they're] New Yorkers." People like this are what give New York a bad name in other parts of the country.

If they shriveled up and went out of business, no one would bat an eye, and rightfully so.

They need to go out of business. I called Geico to set up a service with them at 11 am. No word. I called and asked if they were coming and he keeps telling me have to call Geico to give him the information. I kept telling him I already called Geico three times and they kept telling me they sent you guys the info. He starts yelling and cursing at me. What kind of business is this??? And what kind of man yells at a lady like that?! I hope he chokes on his own privates and die.

This towing company is a rip off. They don't inform their clients of early or holiday closings. So when you come to pick your car up, you have these enormous storage fees. They don't answer the phone and their customer service suck. After almost 4 hrs of waiting and phone tag with pay-lot (DOF) disputing these mob extortion fees. Pay-lot gives them authorization to release my car. Upon the employee pulling up my car from this enormous car lot my car is making a loud rattling noise like if I had a cherry bomb installed in my car. I asked them what happened to my car and again the buck is passed to this person that person. They gave a damage incident form, which I ask for and they tried to not give it to me, the tow guy says let me put it on a flat bed and look at it. I said are you a mechanic, don't touch my car. I filled the paper out and return it to the receptionist(she was the only nice person there) and I asked her what was to happen next and she said well the owner (Karen) will get in touch with me. But she also said theres no physical damage and I said well it sound electrical and y'all messed my care up. I took it to my mechanic right away and long behold, something was torn connecting the muffler. I don't know how these people sleep at night!!!

This business should be considered a circus act!! I have been waiting 4 hours for them to come tow my car and they have told me yet again for the 4th time that it will be another 40 minutes! When I asked who I was speaking with the man told me his name was Timmy, when I asked who his supervisor was he says "my name is Timmy" and I asked him once again what his SUPERVISORS name was and he nastily stated "I said the supervisors name is Timmy"..unbelievable!

What a bunch of bullies. These guys showed up to tow my car for city tickets and shouted and pushed around like thieves. When the cops arrived and insisted they lower the car they got loud with the officer! How can the city do business with such a bunch of thugs! Nice job Mayor DiBlasio
