Called for a Kenmore dryer. They came out the same day and looked at the dryer. They told me that my dryer was over 16 years old and that Kenmore did not make the parts that I needed to fix the dryer anymore. They told me that it would be better for me to buy a new dryer, so I did (that same day.) They charged me $79 to look at my dryer for about 15 minutes of work (even though they quoted me $65 over the phone before they came out.) The kicker is that I ended up calling Sears just to double check on how old my Kenmore dryer really was. Turns out that the dryer is less than 7 years old! They also had the part that I needed in stock and it was about $100. I dont think they even looked up my dryer and that they were only interested in making a quick $79 dollars.

When I called to complain I got the run a round. They said I must have given them the wrong model or serial number. I know this was not the case because both of these numbers were printed on the invoice that they left for me.

I would not recommend this company for any service!!
