Shout out to Broken Arrow Dental and Implants! This is the new company that took over Reggie Thomasâ€™s dental business last year. As much as I liked the previous hygienists, I like staying in BA even more. So, I chose not to take my business elsewhere... I wanted to give this new business a chance before making a decision, too. I am NOT a dental fan. I have had bad experiences in the past and the thought of going to the dentist raises my blood pressure. Yesterday I had my second cleaning with the new owners. My hygienist was Sarah, and she was wonderful! (I didnâ€™t seem to match personalities with my first hygienist from six months ago, but sheâ€™s no longer there.) And I really connected with Dr Tia Rinzel, too. After my appointment yesterday, I knew I needed a new crown. They were able to get me in today (it helps that I can adjust my schedule easily) for the temporary crown. I canâ€™t recall the name of the hygienist that helped Dr Rinzel today, but she was pretty awesome, too. The whole office staff was wonderful. Helpful, smiling, explaining procedures and answering questions â€” it was a really great experience. Iâ€™m very glad I chose to give Dr Rinzel and the team at Broken Arrow Dental and Implants a chance, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may need a dentist in the BA area.
