Garbage Hound Sanitation

Unless a truck gets broke down they are usually always on time. Our time is usually around noon on Wednesday. On the recording it said that something had broken down yesterday and part of the route yesterday was not picked up so I’m assuming that’s why ours didn’t get picked up today people you have to understand that machines do tear up. Hoping that they will get my garbage tomorrow if they don’t run before 4 PM I will be calling. Thank you

this is the worst service i have ever had.i pay ahead 2 months and my trash still sits by the curb.i was told by the office they was coming to get it and they never show

Worst service ever! They don't pick up trash on designated days; Trash truck drops wet trash and debris in the road in front of our house that didn't even belong to us; Voice mail box is full; Don't respond to service emails. They aren't registered w/ BBB and I wonder why!

We have been very satisfied customers since 2005, when the new homes subdivision and HOA had most of our neighborhood with Garbage Hound, with very fair pricing and always reliable and efficient service. Their competitors Republic Services leave the garbage bins OPEN, and say it is so their supervisors know they have been serviced, when I called them to question this. No issues at all with Garbage Hound.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After cancelling the service their can sat at the curb for 2 1/2 weeks and finally went away. Now they say the didnt get it, accuse me of stealing or hiding it and leaving threatening notes on my door. The customer service ladies are very rude and unhelpfull. After many attempts spoke with the owner; Mr. Hayes who yelled at me and promptly hung up on me. WOW! What great repore he has with customers.

Do not use them whatsoever. I was already a non-customer, but there's certainly no chance of us utilizing their services anytime soon. I spoke with a “manager” regarding our mailbox that was destroyed. We have neighbors that witnessed as well as paint transfer and tire marks to prove it. He sincerely apologized and said he would come out to assess the damage and replace it. I even spoke up about meeting him half way, as after the impact of the truck, our neighborhood was hit with high winds and heavy rain. Within an hour, the mailbox hit the driveway causing further damage for which I WOULD NOT hold them responsible. We even have time-stamped photos to prove it. Despite the paint transfer, tire marks and the complaints from other neighbors, the “manager” took it upon himself to seek out unsolicited info from neighbors whom we’ve never even met. The company is now denying that they caused the damage and refuses to repair it all because a neighbor misinformed them. It all boils down to ignorance and dishonesty.
