TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

I called to get a quote from this company &after about 7 questions into the quote my social was asked for so I declined to give that information out then at least 6 more questions were asked . Literally all I said to this women on the other line was man I've never had to answer so many questions before . &prior to that statement being made she was being so rude so she went on to say well that's how we do it over here are , &repeated the question in an even more annoyed abrupt tone so I paused &asked ma'am why are you being so rude all I asked was a questions. &goodness I should have never asked she started getting loud with me &snapping on me &then came the hangup after me sitting on hold for 10mins answering all these questions &just being treated like absolute crap by this women . Well I stopped in so that I could have all my info removed from the computer &the devil himself came out of this women . I will be posting videos that I took of her &her attitude on YouTube, worldstarhiphop , twitter, &tumblr so that everyone knows how terrible LIG &their customer service is .
