I was in urgent need of a structural inspection on a home my client was buying. I had called 15 different companies who couldn't even go to the site for a week I couldn't wait that long due to our bank deadline. Carlson Engineering Service was the last one on my list of structural engineers, I'm glad I didn't give up before reaching them.
